Because each monthly mailing is prepared in limited quantities and includes printed/curated ritual pieces, all subscription mailings are final sale and non-refundable once billed.

You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel before the 20th.

Once your monthly renewal has processed, your mailing is already being prepared and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for that month.

Monthly Mailing Schedule

The Coordinates Club is a monthly reset mailing.

Founding members are charged when they first join, then on the 20th of each month after that.

To receive the upcoming month’s mailing, please join by the 20th. Monthly mailings are packed after the 20th and ship around the 26th, so they arrive near the beginning of the next month.

Orders placed after the 20th may begin with the following month’s mailing.

If your monthly mailing has not arrived within 10 business days after shipping, please email us at:

Include your name, order number, and shipping address so we can check on it.

If your mailing appears to be lost in transit, we will send out one replacement letter/mailing for that month.

Please note: replacements can only be sent to the original shipping address on the order unless the issue was reported before the mailing was shipped.
